Facilitators

Andy Jednyak
Andy Jedynak is an Internet and media business executive based in Southern California, with extensive operational leadership, corporate development, and board level experience. A veteran of NBC, WeatherBug and KidZui – The Internet for Kids, Jedynak is an Internet product and marketing expert, and has led the growth of digital media businesses with tens of millions of web and mobile monthly uniques, and hundreds of millions of monthly page views. As a key driver at the Internet industry level, he is highly visible and connected in the United States and abroad.

Lee Reisinger
Lee Reisinger is the president/owner of a strategic consulting and project management firm with several Fortune 100 company clients.  Previously, he started up an engineering firm - which he sold twice! There, his focus was operations management and strategic consulting.  Another interesting venture involved licensing proprietary technology from a Fortune 20 firm and building a manufacturing facility with it in Las Vegas. Lee also served as the Director of Engineering for Procter & Gamble, where he designed and built sanitary tissue facilities and food plants, as well as ran the Bounty paper towels business. Most importantly, Lee helped raise and launch three children into the business world, ages 26 to 35. Currently he is semi-retired, living with his wife of 40 years in Coronado, but actively developing ventures in alternative energy and sanitary tissue products.

Mark Nicholson, Psy.D.
A published researcher in the area of organizational commitment of employees, Mark has an ability to apply theoretical constructs to everyday practices. Mark holds bachelor and master degrees in education and a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology. Through his company, Effective Organizational Change, he provides support for his clients with innovative methodologies tailored to their needs in the areas of executive coaching, change management, leadership transition, multi-national work groups, and strategic planning. He has a passion for serving others, which is reflected in his leadership style.

Skip Elmore
Skip helps young people move from a maintenance and survival mode to finding their passions, purposes, and directions to realize and experience new spiritual adventures. His main focus is teaching/mentoring. He especially enjoys his “one-on-on” motivational sessions - they are electric as he pursues the elimination of fear and brings out the self-worth we are all meant to experience as our Lord’s grace unfolds within us.

Skip became a pastor later in life after a successful career in the technical world - first as a mechanical engineer and corporate leader and then as an entrepreneur in the business world. He is a family man who after retiring two other times experienced the call into pastoral ministry, first serving as executive pastor at Magnolia Wesleyan Church in Santee, California, and then rejoining his home church, Skyline, as the Mentoring/Discipleship Pastor.

Floyd Jones
Over the past 40 years, Floyd has amassed a rich array of experiences in the business arena. From age 25 to the present time, he developed and built four companies –Floyd’s of Hawaii/Music Stores, Artworld Western Heritage Gallery, Artworld Publication, and finally USA Hole In One. From employee development to marketing strategies, to bringing the merchandise to the market, Floyd has great insight and sensitivity surrounding what it takes to start a new company and make it successful.  His latest venture, USA Hole In One, www.usaholeinone.com, started with an idea four years ago and is now in the infant stage of going nationwide.
