Relationships in the Workplace: Justice, Grace and Forgiveness

April 19, 2008

How do we respond to people who do wrong in the workplace? Do we turn the other cheek and play the role of doormat? When we forgive, do we forego accountability? Can we be assertive and show grace at the same time? This seminar explored issues of grace, justice and forgiveness in the workplace. Guest speaker Jon Horne provided a Biblical foundation and working principles for forgiveness in the workplace. Then, a panel of CEOs and business leaders explored justice and grace in the workplace based on their experience as leaders.
