This kick-off event for Harbor's Marketplace Ministry was intended to help us discover how the Gospel can transform our work and workplaces.

For many, work is the source of much stress and dissatisfaction. But is it possible that our work, whether accounting or auto repair, is in some way inherently sacred?

In a general session and breakout workshops, this event provided the spiritual grounding and tools needed to weather this economic storm.

When we forgive, do we forego accountability? Can we be assertive and show grace at the same time? This seminar explored issues of grace, justice and forgiveness in the workplace.

Is pride or fear getting in the way of how you communicate with your boss, your coworkers, or your employees? In this half-day seminar, we explored the leadership style Jesus used to influence those around Him.

This mid-morning session for college students is an opportunity to meet a human resources professional, and learn tips on networking, salary negations, targeting companies, and choosing career directions.
